really good stay

panoramic ocean view beachfront room executive lounge attentive staff
the beachfront room included floor-to-ceiling windows. i enjoyed the amazing panoramic ocean views. the bathtub was on the balcony. access to the executive lounge provided complimentary breakfast with fresh fruits. evening cocktails included appetizers while i watched the sunset. the staff was very attentive.
the hotel is CENTRALLY located near the beach road, but street noise at night makes sleep a bit difficult due to inadequate soundproofing.

Mediocre stay with some issues

unregulated air conditioning cold room
The room was colder than expected. The air conditioning system could not be regulated even after the technical staff tried to fix it. We were freezing for two days. It was not comfortable.

convenient location breakfast variety attentive staff
I found the location quite convenient , with easy access to nearby restaurants. the breakfast buffet impressed me. It featured a wide variety of options. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff during check-in , and they quickly processed my request.

low temperature stubbornly low temperature
the room was clean and the location was fairly central to everything..
The air conditioning was a problem. I couldn't seem to adjust it properly and it kept the room too cold. i called for assistance, but the temperature remained stubbornly low. it was a bit like staying in a fridge during my supposed relaxing getaway.

i appreciated the ocean view from my beautiful twin room ocean view. the room was clean. the breakfast had plenty of choices.
the windows were not sound proof. i was next to the lift so i could hear the noise all day. the food quality was cheap.
